
Ingredients: - 2 tbsp PERi-PERi sauce - 1 1/4 cups milk - 3 cups dry macaroni pasta - 2/3 cup sharp cheddar cheese (grated) - 1/2 cup mozzarella (grated) - 1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs - 2 tsp cornflour - 2 tbsp parmesan (grated) - 1 red onion - 1 tbsp olive oil - Pinch of salt - Small handful of parsley Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Fry onion with a pinch of salt in hot oil until slightly soft, then remove from pan. 2. Using the same pan, add milk and bring to boil, Mix the cornflour with 1 1/3 tbsp water, and slowly add the milk, continuously stirring. Once sauce is thick, add the cheese, then PERi-PERi sauce and mix. 3. Meanwhile cook the pasta until al dente in salted boiling water, drain, and add to the sauce. Mix together and pour into a casserole dish. 4. Place onion petals on the pasta. Sprinkle cheese, then scatter breadcrumbs. Bake for 10-15 minutes, remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
